About the position

For our next growth phase, we are looking for an event intern (f/m) to join our team. As an integral part of our event team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to ensuring that the experience of our members and external customers lives up to our brand promise.

Your day-to-day tasks
  • Correspondence and coordination with external customers, recording and maintaining contacts in CRM
  • Organization and realization of space viewings for interested parties
  • Creating presentations, quotations and order confirmations, as well as according invoicing
  • Organization and implementation of events including customer support and operational management
  • Collaboration in the conception of new Headsquarter event formats and acquisition of new event partners
  • Supporting our workspace hosts in the planning and realization of internal events
Your profile
  • A demonstrable hospitality background (hotel management school an advantage)
  • Structured and proactive way of working and organisation
  • Outgoing, sociable and energetic nature
  • Strong understanding of service with solution-orientated thinking
  • High degree of independence and resilience
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Motivation to learn new things
