In March 2024, Brandsoul relocated from its own office to Headsquarter "The Elegant".
Brandsoul became them one of the first members at our new location at Beethovenstrasse 48, which opened at the beginning of 2024.
Their the team of 12 employees currently occupies two private offices.
Agency owner Carole Ramuz agreed to be interviewed about the impact of her new working environment on their day-to-day work.
What challenge did you face that brought you to Headsquarter?
We used to have our own office by the lake until the building had to be renovated. As a creative agency, I was looking for a unique atmosphere. A special place that radiates a certain energy. However, it was really difficult to find something suitable in a good location. Then I discovered Headsquarter. I looked at other providers, but none of them were comparable to what I found here.
Was there anything that initially prevented you from considering us?
No, not really, I've only just arrived here and it was love at first sight for me. It really is a living community. I appreciate the concept and I like the people behind it. It's very human. It doesn't feel like you just have a desk somewhere in an anonymous, cold atmosphere. So it was clear to me from the very first second that I wanted to bring my company here.
What is your favourite aspect of Headsquarter?
What I personally really appreciate is the feeling of being in a five-star resort. I don't have to worry about all the things that have to do with facility management, such as organising catering, replenishing office supplies or paperwork. I basically just moved into the headquarters with my handbag and my laptop.
The main reason I wanted to come here is so that I can concentrate on my work without having to think about all the other things that small business owners normally have to deal with.
As a bonus, Headsquarter has supported us in becoming a "paperless company".
Can you think of any other advantages off the top of your head?
The gym and the free sports courses are a great benefit for me. I regularly encourage my team to take part. As the programme is very varied - cycling, Thai boxing, yoga, meditation - there's something for everyone. As an employer, it's a great way to encourage your employees to stay healthy, look after their mental health, stay in shape and use their breaks productively.
I also appreciate the meeting rooms. I like the atmosphere and the flexibility of being able to use both large and smaller rooms.
The third advantage is the community - having new people around you, getting to know them and having inspiring conversations every day.
What impact is Headsquarter having on your business?
Our clients love coming here. The central location and the great facilities and atmosphere even lead to them asking me to book meeting rooms for their internal meetings at the headquarters. This of course strengthens the customer relationship immensely.
We are also in the process of growing, and it is difficult to predict how big we will become or whether we will have to scale back again at some point and how much space we will then need. Here we have the flexibility to adapt our space as needed, which is invaluable.
Who else could benefit from working with us?
I believe that basically every company can benefit from this - each in their own way. The main advantage for small companies is certainly that you can concentrate fully on your business.
