Making our first steps on the Swiss Market out of our Bern office, our team soon found ourselves travelling to Zurich almost daily to meet clients and partners. After a few months of basically paying rent for our Bern office that was mostly empty for large parts of the week, we decided to opt for a more flexible solution, that matches our mobile and hybrid working culture. Consequently, we added Zurich as our main office area and reduced Bern to a minimal solution. The consecutive challenge was then to find a space that offers an attractive environment for our team and a central location in Zurich city for ideal accessibility to and for our clients.
Was there something that initially prevented you from considering us?
During our research phase, we performed a price comparison between possible flexible office solutions in Zurich, which resulted in a certain hesitation to include Headsquarter in our Shortlist, as the base price is certainly in the upper regions. However, after including all aspects, the prime location and the wide range of amenities, which we now no longer need to worry about, justified the decision.
What specific aspect do you like most at HeadsQuarter?
It is just amazing how comfortable it feels to work here. It’s a place where you have everything you need to focus available. When we think back to our own office, where someone from our consultant team always had to sacrifice their time for administrative tasks and tedious chores, it feels as if our employee experience has been lifted to another level.
Which three other benefits come to your mind spontaneously?
First, the people of the HeadsQuarter team! Their passion and enthusiasm is highly contagious in the most positive sense.
Then, there are lots of often underestimated things – like stepping out of the space and being right in the heart of Zurich for a lakeside lunch or a quick lunch break around the Zurich main station or the nice Bahnhofstrasse.
And finally: the great coffee in the house!
Which impact are you either experiencing or expecting from HeadsQuarter on your business?
Being at Headsquarter significantly boosts our productivity: our team can fully focus on their work without being distracted. We have all the equipment and amenities we need, probably even more, and our time spent travelling to our clients has reduced drastically, as most of them now are situated within walking distance or even prefer coming to our beautiful workspace, which adds to our company image. We also experience a great success rate in recruiting new talents, and welcoming candidates to an impressive location like this certainly is a beneficial factor.
