The newhome team relocated its main office to "The Hip" on Talacker back in 2020. The team currently occupies two private offices there.

What challenge did you face that brought you to Headsquarter?

As a company, we were in a decisive phase at the time. In order to set the right course and develop a new, positive spirit, we needed inspiration, also from our working environment.

Was there anything that initially prevented you from considering us?

Initially, we were a little wary of the rather compact design of our private office compared to our former office, for example in terms of square meters or table sizes, but after a short time we realized that this makes perfect sense as an overall concept: concentrated desk work does not require much space and the inspiring, collaborative exchange takes place in the all the more generously designed community areas and meeting rooms anyway. 

What is your favorite aspect of Headsquarter?

Since we have been with Headsquarter, we have never once had to worry about any location-related issue: All rooms and equipment are always clean and well-maintained, the range of services and amenities is comprehensive, and we receive friendly and competent support for all issues. At the end of the month, we receive a single, predictable invoice.

We are a competitive company and, thanks to Headsquarter, we can drive our growth with full concentration and without being distracted by side issues.

Can you think of any other advantages off the top of your head?

Despite its high quality, the ambience is modest, fresh and light. This "lean luxury" approach does not create a heavy, opulent and therefore rather paralyzing atmosphere, as is sometimes the case with other providers in the premium segment.

The Headsquarter community supports our uncompromising hybrid work approach - even if there are only one or two employees on site on some days, they are connected within the community and do not feel alone.

The warmth of the Headsquarter team and the pleasant vibe within our location help us to develop our own positive groove and maintain it day after day.

What impact does Headsquarter have on your day-to-day work?

Our team has come together again at Headsquarter and we have managed to develop our own high-performance culture and bring about the hoped-for turnaround.
